Position Description
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Claims Examiner.
Reporting to the Commercial Lines Claims Manager, this position will be based in Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai - UAE.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Deal directly with clients (insured/brokers)by guiding them through claims process and assist in resolving submitted claims, in addition of ensuring excellent customer service.
- Respond to claims inquiries in relation.
- Follow up on cases that need more informat
